What we offer

Every treatment at Back in Motion.

Dr. Colby selects the right combination for your specific condition.

Chiropractic Care

We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet.

Schedule

Diversified Technique

The goal of the Diversified Technique is to reduce nerve interference. Patients are assessed using history, orthopedic and neurologic examination, palpation, X-ray, leg checks, and reflex procedures. The majority of adjustments used are manual, high velocity, low amplitude corrections aimed at restoring joint motion.

Schedule

Cold Laser Therapy

Laser therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to interact with tissue and help accelerate your healing process. Cold laser treatment can be used on people suffering from acute and chronic conditions to eliminate pain and swelling, increase functionality, and reduce spasms.

Schedule

Class IV Laser Therapy

Class IV Laser Therapy delivers a higher-powered wavelength that penetrates deeper into tissues, providing fast, effective pain relief and reducing inflammation. It enhances the body's natural healing processes by increasing cellular energy and improving blood flow.

Schedule

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red light to stimulate cellular repair, improve circulation, and reduce inflammation. It promotes faster healing, relieves pain, and enhances tissue regeneration for both acute and chronic conditions.

Schedule

Focused Shockwave Therapy

Targeted acoustic pulses used for stubborn soft tissue conditions, calcifications, and chronic injuries that have not fully responded to manual therapy alone.

Schedule

Corrective Exercises

Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues. They cue the patient's motor system to respond in a more desirable way and assist in removing biomechanical constraints.

Schedule

Physiotherapy

Often where the pain presents is not the area that needs to be treated. The pain may be from that area compensating for another area not pulling its weight. Our rehabilitation program includes strength, flexibility, and agility training as well as coordination work to prepare you to return to full participation.

Schedule

Electrical Stimulation

Electrotherapy is an alternative pain management treatment that uses mild electromagnetic pulses to provide relief. It can dull pain, repair tissue, strengthen muscles, and improve blood circulation.

Schedule

Kinesio Taping

Kinesiology Taping is a precise rehabilitative taping technique that facilitates the body's natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints. It allows normal range of motion while prolonging the benefits of manual therapy. Latex-free and hypoallergenic.

Schedule

Back on Trac Spinal Decompression

Back on Trac Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a non-invasive mechanical procedure performed in our office to help alleviate back pain. By gently stretching the spine, bulging discs can retract back into place, taking pressure off the nerves. Decompression also permits water, oxygen, and other fluids to work their way back into the discs allowing them to heal naturally.
