Effective date: July 31, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 31, 2026

Please read

This website does not provide medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The information here is general and for educational purposes only. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For care specific to your situation, please schedule a visit.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Back in Motion Injury and Wellness Center(“Back in Motion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all pages, content, forms, and features available at backinmotionstjohns.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site or to request an appointment through it.

2. Who we are

Back in Motion Injury and Wellness Center is a chiropractic and wellness clinic located at 309 Kingsley Lake Drive, Suite 901, St. Augustine, FL 32092. You can reach us by phone at (904) 999-8343 or by email at admin@backinmotionstjohns.com.

3. Our services

We provide chiropractic and related wellness services, which may include chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, care for auto accident and whiplash injuries, care related to disc conditions, digital X-rays, and other therapies described on the Site. The Site itself is an informational and scheduling tool. It allows you to learn about our practice, read educational content, contact us, and request or schedule appointments.

Descriptions of services on the Site are provided for general information. The care that is appropriate for you is determined only after an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider, and specific recommendations, treatment plans, and outcomes vary by individual.

4. No medical advice and no doctor-patient relationship

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, articles, and other material, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, examination, or treatment.

Using this Site, reading its content, submitting a form, or requesting an appointment does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Back in Motion or any of its providers. A doctor-patient relationship is established only when you are seen and accepted as a patient in our office. Always seek the advice of a licensed chiropractor, physician, or other qualified health provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this Site or on electronic communications for urgent medical needs.

5. Appointments and cancellations

Requesting an appointment through the Site is a request only and is not confirmed until our office contacts you or otherwise confirms the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred times, but appointment availability is not guaranteed.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can offer the time to another patient. Our office may maintain a cancellation or missed-appointment policy, and any applicable fees will be explained to you by our staff. Please contact the office directly to cancel or reschedule.

6. Payment, insurance, and fees

You are responsible for the cost of the care you receive, including any amounts not covered by insurance. We accept a range of payment and insurance options, which are described on our Payment Options page and can be confirmed with our staff.

Any coverage estimates or benefit information we provide are estimates only and are not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Your insurer determines final coverage under the terms of your plan. You remain responsible for co-pays, deductibles, non-covered services, and balances due. Fees for services are subject to change, and questions about billing should be directed to our office.

7. No guarantee of results

Health outcomes depend on many factors, including your condition, your history, and how your body responds to care. While we are committed to providing quality care, we do not and cannot guarantee any particular result, recovery time, or outcome. Any testimonials, reviews, or examples on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or prediction of the results you will experience.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree that you will not:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Site;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;
  • collect or harvest information about other users, or misuse any contact or form features;
  • copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as permitted below; or
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the overall look and feel, are owned by or licensed to Back in Motion and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Back in Motion name and logo are marks of the practice and may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or commercial exploitation of Site content, is prohibited without our prior written consent.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services, such as online scheduling, maps, or forms, that we do not own or control. We provide these links and tools for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back in Motion, its owners, providers, staff, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. This limitation applies to your use of the Site and does not alter the professional responsibilities that arise once you are an established patient receiving care in our office.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Back in Motion and its owners, providers, staff, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, or the appropriate district covering that county, will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Changes are effective when posted.
